    They have been rude and tab black has said that he smitten to medicare and medicaid and he said the he did th on the 14 of October and then to told medicare that he smittdeI know
    i have proof got he poof the the 14 and he has lied and it is a very bad company in loveland colorado to go to he has told me I could go to a nother company if I want to and he is a very bad man to work with and verbally abusive he has lied to me and I check with medicare and Medicaid and there is not paper6 trail

    I want to apologize to Mr. D**** for the frustration he experienced with how slowly the insurance companies approval process works. It is arduous and tedious process dictated by the insurance companies that we must follow meticulously. Unfortunately, the customer does not have access to the "provider side" of this process, therefore cannot follow the progression which we are required to adhere to. Hence his mention of lack of a paper trail.


    Through the diligent and timely effort of Mobility and More staff the customer received his equipment in about 6 weeks, OR in about 1/2 the normal time for this type of equipment. He expressed his gratitude for that effort.
