**** Q*****, *********************** Mike J******, ************** On December 1, 2022, I agreed to place an advertisement with NADS, with the caveat to the salesman, Mike J******, that my $395 check would not be deposited until December 20th. He said this agreement was acceptable, and even circled the date on the check. The check was deposited a week prior to the agreed upon date, and resulted in some major hassles, as I own a very, very small business, and my margins are very thin. After many emails and phone calls to **** Q*****, that went unanswered, I finally sent one final request, stating that NADS has left me no choice but to alert the BBB to this ridiculous situation. Then they finally decided to answer. As of the last communication, a voicemail on January 14, 2023, I have not received the $395 that Mike J****** claimed would be mailed to me. For a supposed marketing communication company, they have failed miserably at communicating throughout this entire ordeal. I'm a widow with a small business and that $395 would go a long way. These people clearly have no intention of refunding me for a mistake that they made. They should have not deposited that check until the agreed upon date. They did, and were absolutely unapologetic for it, even as I explained that one check threw my entire account into disaster, with a flurry of overdraft fees that I had to pay. Fees that should not have been generated, except for their ignorance of a circled date on a check, and failure of the salesman to inform whoever deposits their checks to hold onto it until December 20, 2022. So here we are, almost three months later, and I still do not have my $395.

She is describing things differently as to how things happened but as a gesture of good will our sales executive chose to cancel her agreement and we refunded her money.

    Better Business Bureau:

I finally received the refund. I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
