      Pride Roofing and LLC had completed a project on my roof a few year back. I have been receiving solicitation phone calls since they have completed the work. Recently I am receiving almost 1 phone call a month while I am at work. I have asked MANY times to have my name removed from their calling list as I did not want to work with the company any more in the future. After threatening to report the company for harassment and continuing to call against my request, they continue calling.

      My name is ***********************************, I am the Owner of Pride Roofing and Construction.  It disappoints me to hear of the communication errors and your subsequent frustration.  I have also looked further into your job card and see that this project from 2020 did not go as smooth as I would have hoped, I'm sure your frustration from hearing from us would have been much less if we would have preformed better for you.  I am very sorry this is the experience you have had with my team.  Although your information was tagged as "Do Not Call" within our computer system and your phone number removed on 6/15/2023, unfortunately, our error lies in that we had out of date call logs printed and still accessible to our internal staff that did not denote this update.  I do not have an outsourced company making these calls, these are internal representatives reaching out to anyone in our database of past clients offering to inspect their property after the many hail storms that have plagued Northern Colorado this year.  I have taken all steps to remove these out of date customer logs from our team and can assure you that we will meet your request to cease communication.  Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, I hope this message is received well by you.
