***** at Schroeder Roofing helped ** get approval from the insurance to get the roof replaced following the insurance adjuster's initial inspection that identified only superficial damage (even though all our neighbors had already been approved for entire roof replacements). Job was well done, with follow up "touch **** to make sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend...!

The last section of our roof, done with inferior materials at the end of a long and expensive roof job has been repaired by technicians three times and continues to fall apart every season. No response this time, it seems we will have to take formal measures.Schroeder Roofing

Schroeder Roofing has checked the work done on the Mansard section that has had issues. Schroeder Roofing has decided to replace this section with new shingles. The customer was notified by the project manager Ryan H*** on Thursday April 27th. The customer seemed to be happy.
