    **** was called in after I learned that my entire tile kitchen floor would need to be redone after it was poorly installed 1.5 years ago. I appreciated how **** walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing something or using a certain material. The prior installation was done not only poorly but with very cheap materials. **** provided the education I needed to be informed and then I could further look at things online. **** is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products used and the industry in general. My experience was very positive and we will use **** in the future for additional tile needs.
