    On 8/15/24 I paid $350 via website (apply pay) for wellness consulting services. I never received follow up on how to book the services, complete Intake forms or the next steps. Thorough check through all email folders and spam show nothing was sent. I reached out for a refund and have been responded to rudely and they have refused a refund. I no longer feel comfortable working with this person in a health capacity where I need to share private information and have a safe relationship. I am seeking full refund

    **** states that she never received my followup confirmation email, when in reality it went to her spam folder. I am trying to find the deleted emails to show our entire conversation vs the selected emails she sent. At this point, I will refund her, even though that's not what's ethical. I will refund her as soon as I know these false allegations will also be removed from BBB. Thank you kindly, ****** ******. Please also note that Iris Herbals is NOT the correct associated business. I have two businesses and **** used the incorrect one.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me due to the refund being issued.  I do not agree with her statement in the response as the emails from her business were never sent to me and I have email communication to her stating that fact after searching.
