    Went on a tour with my family and a recently hired (6 months ago) tour guide. She was knowledgable and did a good tour. Before entering she mentioned several rules. Everyone paid attention. I happened to not hear one rule. It ws not safety related. She noticed it during the tour and corrected me in front of the group. I admitted I made an error. The tour guide did not mention head striking hazards until we were in the cave itself. I am a retired military veteran and did not appreciate being correct in front of the group. I recommend if it is not a safety related item needing urgent correction that your tour guides are trained to do it privately and politely with the customer. Also, before going into the cave we were required to take pictures. We were not ask if we wanted to take a picture that would be sold afterwards.
