      I had a highly disappointing experience with Saros Construction and ** *******. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, timelines were vague or missed entirely, and I often had to chase down updates on the progress of our project.The most troubling part of the experience was the financial handling. I paid a deposit in good faith, expecting professionalism and transparency in return. Not only was the project poorly managed, but when it was clear things werent moving forward as promised, I requested a refund. To date, I have not been fully refunded the deposit, and attempts to resolve the matter have been met with avoidance rather than accountability.Adding to the confusion, I later discovered that an invoice we received may not have even been intended for our project, which raises serious concerns about how billing is handled.I cannot recommend Saros Construction or ** ******* based on this experience. I hope others proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly documented in writing.
