  A quick review on Roof Source.We had a new roof and gutters installed. I could not be happier with the whole experience with Roof Source. It is a very professional company in every aspect. Project Manager **** ***** was very helpful throughout the whole process, on top of the project from start to end. The crew that came out did an excellent job making tweaks and adjustments along the way when I made requests. They went the extra mile and didnt charge more for some extras. I cant recommend them highly enough.

  This is the company that the townhomes we rent from just contracted to replace the roof. This is a severe warning: DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They left the roof incomplete and did not properly nail down and secure the tarp. The recent rain and snow has decimated the townhome - ours and several others, including a worker falling through the roof due to the *new* roof being so weak from water damage.

  Also no one answers their emergency hotline after hours, goes straight to voicemail. Left one (as did my husband) and no one ever called us back.
  Appear to have hired a subcontractor and failed to manage them properly to see the job was done correctly and fully. Took nearly three weeks from time of the incident for them to finish the job and the roof already looks horrific (uneven shingles, peeling up). Plus they placed the roof over severely water-damaged OSB from the previous incomplete job. They did not change it out, so it is unlikely this roof will last more than a few years before it has additional issues. We know that the OSB was damaged because a worker fell through our neighbor's roof, creating a giant hole in the roof and dragging asbestos with him.
  Despite this, they claim it is not negligence. The morning after the damage had already be done and several of our neighbors rendered homeless, they came over to "make it right" but they were challenging, stubborn, and rude. They had no interest in actually making it right. A few days later Brendan had the nerve to come to our house and ask us to change our one-star review of their work (even though at the time both us and our neighbors still had no place to stay).
  They don't care about people or taking pride in their work, they only care about reviews and the perception of doing a good job.

  I recommend connecting with Project Manager, ***********************. I've known him for many years and finally he was able to tackle *******. They did great work. ******* displayed overwhelmingly strong industry knowledge, a calmness supported by a customer centric delivery.

  After one of the bad hail storms we had this year, the roof on my apartment building was toast. I worked with *********************** at Roof Source and could not have been happier with the outcome, and most importantly: how I was treated. ******* went above and beyond to ensure that the damage was completely fixed, and even found damage that resulted in some upgrades to the property. The high quality shingles that were installed included a complimentary upgrade that lowered my insurance. To top it off, ******* worked directly and tirelessly with the insurance company- providing all the extra proof they required to get the job done and fully covered by them. Top to bottom, a great experience that left me impressed and happy.
