- If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please email [email protected] no less than 7(seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for payment for the entire reservation.
If you booked a room using a special discount promotional code, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. If rooms are available on an alternate date and at a rate equal to or less than the booked reservation, the Slope Side at Powderhorn will make its best effort to exchange your reservation for the alternate date, provided you notify the Slope Side at Powderhorn of your preferred alternate date a minimum of three days prior to your reservation date.
