    Horrible! She does not communicate! Quality of work is shoddy. I had reached out multiple times asking when I can drop product off to fix only to get a reply out until next week which turned into a 2 month time frame of when I first dropped shirts off. I mentioned the importance of getting these back for upcoming events and not once did she respond. I have never dealt with such a non communicative business owner in my life! Customer satisfaction and service are clearly not a priority.

    TERRIBLE!! ********* does not return phone calls or texts. She took the money from our $70 order six weeks ago and we still have not received our items. She claims (via one text) that she attempted delivery which is a lie because the order was set up as a local pick up. Dont know how she wouldve gotten my address. She is a thief and a liar, and should not run a small business.

    A refund was requested via the credit card company and was accepted.  Items will not be delivered since the refund was issued. I am not a liar or thief.  Address for delivery was discussed on the phone and attempted.  Order addresses are also listed on the order form. I apologize for your dissatisfaction and your refund was issued. Have a great day.
