  The owner and her daughter are completely unprofessional. The business owner yelled, cursed, and chewed out a trainer at Orange Theory because people were parked where she needed to work at 7 am. No cones or signs let people know that the area requires work. She chewed out the people as they moved their cars, and was disgraceful and disrespectful to everyone who was trying to do what she so belligerently asked. When I called the business to let them know what happened, her daughter called me back to then chew me out. What a joke of a business. I will also contact the city to notify them of this business's behavior.

  This ****** is a liar. The owner did not yell and curse at any trainer at Orange Theory Fitness. This ****** was parked in front of another business, instead of further in the parking lot. Both the business which is our customer and Orange Theory were notified of the work scheduled the day before and were notified to put out cones and let everyone know not to park there. I understand that did not get done however the cars still need to move. The owner/driver of the pump truck went into Orange Theory as per usual and notified them to have people move cars. The first ****** a woman came out and asked her if she could wait ten minutes because she was in the middle of her workout and did not want to stop to move the car. The only word said to her was no. No one was "chewed out", later a man came out and moved his car and said "You scared that lady, she is afraid of you" the owners response was "I don't know why, I wasn't rude and I barely spoke to her". At 8:30am I, the other owner and as referenced "the daughter" was made aware of the situation simply because the delays put us 30 minutes behind schedule and I needed to notify the next customer we would be late. I also tried to make contact with Orange Theory again to simply discuss the ongoing issues with parking. Later in the day I received a voicemail from a woman who was very rude and condescending on the voicemail claiming the driver had been screaming like a lunatic in Orange Theory Fitness. I called the other owner (my mom) to ask her if there was any confrontation. She said no, not at all. She did say the music is very loud in there and she struggled to hear the lady she had been talking to. She also informed me when she was talking to the lady they were behind a glass wall and there is no way anyone except that one lady, whom she referred to as a receptionist, could have heard the conversation. She wasn't mad and she did not yell at anyone. I returned the call to this *****. I did not chew her out but I did match her energy. I actually did not get much of a chance to speak because she threw her fit, threatened to call the BBB on me to which I replied go right ahead, and then she hung up on me. I then called the Orange Theory Fitness again and left another voicemail, this time a very firm voicemail letting them know we will now start having their patrons cars towed if they continue to park there. The manager **** returned my call and we had a lengthy conversation about accusations of events that did not transpire as well as parking issues and future solutions to the ongoing problems. **** confirmed that no reports were made to her by staff that our owner/driver had yelled at any of her staff. I am sure there ar ******* tale is fabricated because she had to stop her workout to move her car from in front of another business. Furthermore is ***** continues to slander our business we will be reaching out to our attorney.
