    I ordered and paid in full for a pair of moccasins. 9 months later and I've received nothing. I've reached out several times, with text and email conversations saved. I got promises for a few weeks, then no response at all. I asked for a refund, no response. I just want my money back.

    We do apologize for the first pair being lost in the mail and that we were unable to make a new pair as quickly as we hoped for.

    I began doing business before this date. This is the date and situation Im having trouble resolving. May 11 2022. I sent a money order for ******. The end of May they wrote asking about my order. It was wrong. I sent correct order back email. I checked again on my order in late September and August. Finally I receive a package from faemoon. It is not my order. At this point I ask for a refund and on my own money sent them back their mistakes. I received a check for ****** with no communication. I was emailing ******* and when I told him of his mistake. He stopped communication. I then contacted **** and she assured me she would send the rest of my money. I received a check for *****. I txed her told her again of their mistake. She then she tells me it cost her **** to send the wrong order. Then she shoots photos of their refund policy. Told me I became so upset that they felt it best to reimburse **** have all emails and tx messages and money order receipt to support my position.Im being charged **** for their mistakes. It cost me to send the package back as well. I am an elder. I dont appreciate being nickeled and dime. Simply trying to support indigenous artists such as my self. Thank you for reading my email.     The check was mailed to the address on your return package. I will call the bank this morning and cancel the check and will mail a new one out to you.
