    Placed an online order through the company (#*****, total of $76.85) on 6/14/2024. Confirmation email stated items would be received in 5-7 days, and an email would be sent when the order was shipped. I never received an email and attempted to contact business on 6/24/2024, with no answer. I have called every day since and left voicemails. I have left messages on the website as well as emails without any contact. I am simple trying to get a refund.

    I ordered $234 worth of merchandise going on 3 weeks ago, it was never sent. I have tried contacting *** ***** ***** (?) through both phone and email on more than 5 occasions, with no success: he refuses to communicate, still hasn't shipped my items, nor has he issued a refund...which I have requested three times.

    I received a damaged product from this company and I have tried to contact them with phone calls and emails for over a month about replacing or repairing the gas check maker and no response whatsoever.package was not properly packaged

    Im a South African Citizen Residing in South Africa. My Brother residing in Australia told me about the product that Sharp Shooter sells, he saw it at the **** ****. I ordered the product on line and made payment. I sent mails phoned and only got the voice mail no answer no response. Money were paid into their account. Up until now today since the 17/11/2023 no confirmation of my order or call back or response to my e-mails. This was money saved to buy their product. I would like delivery of the goods any correspondence would be appreciated or a refund. Hope this will help. Regards ****** *******

    11-6-2023 ordered parts and was charged instantly, no communication from the company, contacted then on their website 3 times with no response I just want a refund.

    Received package, but had not known it was delivered because of no tracking info. Also it was extremely late and their was zero communication from the company.

    I made an order number #***** on 24th July and it was supposed to arrive in a weeks time yet even after 3 weeks the order had not been sent and I have tried to call the number on the website , I have written emails and there is no response , all I want is for the store to deliver the products I ordered .

    I am trying to contact them to exchange an item i ordered the wrong one. They never respond to emails, messages or calls. I have a .22.mag kit I need to exchange for the .22 LR kit.

    - Ordered two items on Apr 15, 2023 - Today is May 18th and the items have not been received - The seller claimed the original shipment was lost by USPS but couldn't provide a tracking number - Seller then claimed they would re-ship around May 11th but dodges every time I ask for a tracking number - Horrible communication and clearly isn't going to honor the order - SCAM/DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
