    I had two implants with crowns that I received a quote on by one of the dentists in this office. We started the dental work at the end of last year and with the healing time and process, this was to be completed by the end of September 2022. In June 2022, the dentist that quoted me these prices sold his half of the business. Before he moved, I verified with the office manager to ensure that my deal for the two implants and crowns was still good since that particular dentist was no longer going to be there. I was told that my agreement with Comfort Dental in Montrose and myself for the 2 implants and crowns #5 and #13 would still be completed for a total of $580.00. I have paid this entirely. Plus $10 extra. The other dentist that had to step in and finish the scanning of my teeth now states that he is not going to finish the contractual agreement because he wants another $600.00. Never once mentioned this until the other office manager quit. He saw me twice before saying anything about changing the prices. I cannot talk to the office manager anymore because she has quit and a new one is in place. I have documentation attached. When I ask the office to finish the work or refund me, they state that they have completed the work until I pay them more. But refuse a refund to me stating that it is completed. I just want my teeth and to finish this agreement we have had set up for quite some time now. I just would like the work to be completed. I feel like I am being retaliated against because he did not like me or the dentist that started my dental work. Please help.

    The previous dentist quoted prices that were at cost, if not less. When he left, ****** (who was the receptionist at the time) wanted the work done for the price quoted, however it was explained that the work could not be done for free, and she was provided a new price quote. She still wanted it for the price the previous dentist said, and it was explained she would have to pay the new quoted price if she wanted to get it done.
