    A package I received not long ago from ***************, an **** seller, arrived via **** with $4.15 postage due, which I paid. I then emailed the seller a request for reimbursement. I included a photo of the package envelope clearly showing the red-stamped postage due and the handwritten amount. The seller responded promptly, saying that **** was at fault and that I should return the package. He would put the product in a new envelope and resend it. I replied to point out that I would certainly be charged to return it and might have to pay postage due again when it came back to me. I never heard from the seller again.I called **** customer service for assistance. Eventually, I was informed that the seller is "top tier," and that to avoid a blemish on his record he would reimburse my extra expense if I left him positive feedback. Because there was nothing wrong with the item he sold me, I did so immediately. I took him at his word, but he failed to follow through. Knowing I couldn't retract the favorable **** rating I gave him, he tricked me to avoid paying the small sum involved. He deserves being brought to your attention as a person of questionable honesty.
