I placed an order on Saturday afternoon/evening and my shipment is already on the way as Im writing this Monday afternoon. After my order was shipped, Rocky Mountain ag sent me an email with a personal video message letting me know what was in my shipment, that it was on the way, and not to hesitate to reach out for help or if I have any questions once I receive their products. 10/10 recommend!!Rocky Mountain BioAg®

I love this company. I purchased *********** last year for another location and its thriving. The customer service is unparalleled. The shipping is FAST and they got it to our very remote location in 2 days. I had first time grower questions last year so I called and immediately got to speak with *******. He shared a WEALTH of information and got us on the right track to succeed. Went so well we are doing it again this spring at our new place. It is rather unfortunate that 5 stars is all I can give here but alas, the comments allow me to give an unofficial 10/5. ******* and ******* are amazingly helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns and always available over the phone. On top of all of that, they were willing to give suggestions based on their knowledge and expertise to help me take steps closer to achieving my goals. When I had a concern about shipping, they quickly found out why and offered a solution, saving me approximately $40-$45 on my total order. Absolutely amazing customer service, and it doesn't hurt that they carry an amazing selection of quality products.
