      Received notice and harassment from them saying that I was in violation of rental agreement.
      I have paid all fees in time every month and have been insured since renting. They have threatened to dispose of my property, value in excess of $1500.

      The consumer in this complaint is our tenant and after
      emailing and texting our tenant several courtesy reminders to provide our office
      with the required proof of current insurance, the tenant remains non complaint.
      The tenant also has been unresponsive to our multiple phone calls and voice
      mails; the tenant has only replied with vulgar emails and has not provided the
      requested proof of current insurance.  On January 22, 2023, our office
      began the termination process per the terms of the tenant’s lease agreement,
      executed with our business on January 19, 2023. In summary, the termination notice states
      tenant has until 5:00pm, February 1, 2024, to remove all tenant’s personal property.  Past this deadline any personal property
      remaining in the tenant’s storage unit will be disposed of per the terms of the
      said lease agreement and Colorado state statutes.


      Our office is willing to refund any prepaid rent after
      February 1, 2024, if the tenant will schedule a phone conversation to speak
      with our General Manager regarding a resolution before the termination notice

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They had my insurance. I am in the process of filing my lawsuit against this business for the value of my property. I have Not received any phone calls or messages from this business. I have been out of town tending to a personal family matter
