    I hired ***** from Mr. ******************** in August of 2023 to refinish floors and clean tile/grout, etc. He told me he had a 5 year warranty and that he would fix any problems during that time.. Our floors look dull/dingy and the color never came together to match overall like he said they would. ***** told me that where the sun had faded the wood floors, over the next 3-4 months they would blend naturally.Fast forward to Jan of 2024, I contacted *****. His guys came out and agreed that they had a "bad" batch of wood floor material and therefore they would fix it. Then more time went by and the owner ***** finally responded. I followed up again and ***** came out in April, and agreed they needed fixing (this after his guys agreed). He said he would coordinate with the person who would do the work (someone outside his business) Last I heard from him after many follow up texts (which I have copies of and stating he would fix the issue) was June 13th. He has not communicated or replied since then. I've tried to be patient as he is dealing with personal issues (he said) The part in question are the wood floors (laminate and real wood) on first floor and tile sealer in master bath. He told me the portion of the wood floors was $5000 (I paid him $8250 for title deep clean and refinish and wood floors refinished). In addition to color issue/dull surface, some floor material has "pulled" up - both tile floors and wood.
