      On Friday June 30, I dropped my car for AC repair. Not only was the service manager inexplicably rude and aggressive, I was told my system had 2 leaks and was quoted a $1300 repair cost. I asked reasonable questions about prioritizing repairs to make the cost lower and was treated incredibly disrespectfully and unfairly (maybe because I am a woman?) I decided that I was not going to give my money to this business because of this person's attitude alone, so I took my car to the Kia ****** for repair. I was told that there was no evidence that Complete Auto Repair had done any of the diagnostics as they charged me $120 for, and that there were no leaks in my system. The ******ship said it was a sensor issue, they replaced the sensor, and charged my AC successfully for under $300... $1000 less than what I was told was "necessary" by Complete Auto Repair. So not only was the service advisor incredibly rude, he is also incredibly incompetent and tried to scam me by telling me something was wrong with my system when they hadn't even looked at it. (And charged me $120 for the pleasure of being spoken to disrespectfully and wasting a day.)
