It has been a pleasure working with *****************. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a VA attorney.Before I met ****, I had worked with 2 different VA attorneys. The way that many approach the appeals process is to take in as many favorable VA disability applicants at once and see what comes out on the back end. I used to be so frustrated because it was so hard to actually get help from the lawyer themselves. I usually had to deal with a secretary who told me that the lawyer was unavailable.I was medically separated from my military service in January of 2013 with a VA rating of 90%. My VA appeal started sometime later in 2013 and sat around until 2015. It was between these years that I worked with VA lawyers that didn't do anything for me.Once I decided to work with ****, he was able to contact the VA and helped me get a favorable decision of 100% TDIU P&T within a few months. Once he reviewed the disability laws, he informed me that I was eligible for special monthly compensation (SMC) of which I didn't even know existed. He then argued my case with the VA and also won SMC from 2015 forward but it didn't go back to my date of separation. Then he told me that SMC should also go back to 2013 and appealed the case again. I think they denied me 3 times to receive the backdated SMC. He reassured me that they were wrong based on their laws. I figured that the worst they could do is keep saying no. He eventually ended up winning the last backdated award from one of the higher VA courts near the end of 2022. He did everything he said he was going to do and more!I can't recommend Attorney ***************** enough. He was always available if I had a question or needed help understanding something... for the ENTIRE 7 year process! As a veteran from the Air Force himself, he understands what veterans deals with and goes to war on behalf of his fellow service members. Thank you **** for all that you did to help me!
