      On March the first I mail a letter to Eldorado to stop reporting the account to my consumer report. As a federal protected consumer I have the right to opt out from reporting any account to be furnished to my consumer report. I was not granted that option from the creditor . Therefore I submitted a letter requesting for Eldorado Resorrt to remove the account from my consumer report ( Experian) based on 16 usc 6802 b- opt out. April 16, 2024 I received a letter from the company stating what I owe but not complying to the federal law of removing the account from Experian. This is a violation of my right for privacy and the right to disclose my personal information from the public
