    Never received my 2 orders. My first order was placed on December 3rd.The most frustrating thing is that there is absolutely no way to contact the company. The help desk is inactive, when you call the company as per the number on my credit card, it takes you to someone's cell phone whose Voice Mail is full. I tried contacting the carrier (25 emails) to no avail. They take your money, but ship no product. To make it even worse and most frustrating and pathetic, is the tracking number they provide you take you to a page that claims your orders were delivered and signed by you which of course never happened. This is a con.BEWARE PEOPLE!

    I purchased a vape pen from them. It was defective. I asked for a refund or a new pen they asked for pictures I sent pictures they asked for a video. I said the video wouldnt show the defect I offered to send the old one back to get a replacement they wouldnt they refused to send me a new one. They refuse to refund me my money.
