I originally went to Accurate *********** to have my 2015 *** 650i repaired for a check engine light 10/14/2024 and was told my cylinders needed to be replaced because of misfires. I agreed to the repairs and paid $2,320.13. I then got another check engine light on and took it back and was told they had to replace the same cylinders that were supposed to be warranties and paid another $2,206.82 on 3/4/2025. Then the check engine light came on again and I was charged $1,600 and was now told it was a different cylinder even though they claimed to have replaced them all and this was on 3/27/2025. The Owner **** ***** is extremely rude and constantly yelling and screaming in person and over the phone. The only reason I kept going back is this work was supposed to be warrantied. The check engine light has come on again and now they are claiming it's not the cylinders but the engine and wants to charge me $14,000. This company is a scam.Initial Complaint

I took my 2009 ******************* to Accurate Auto on 2/25/2024 for an oil change and to check for an oil leak. When the repair was made, I got the vehicle back and it had a violent shaking that could be felt inside the cab of the car and the windows, mirrors vibrated from the violent shaking. I took the car back to the shop and let them know I didn't have the shaking before bringing it to them. ****, the owner seemed genuinely concerned and had his team replace all kinds of parts to stop the vibrating. However, after 6 mos. they couldn't get it fixed and called me to test drive it. This didn't make sense, upon arriving for the test drive, the car was dead and needed to be jumped. The a/c didn't work, as well as the power steering. They told me to drive it over the Labor Day weekend and bring it back. I didn't take it back to them because it was obvious to me after 6 mos and all of the parts being replaced and then having additional items no longer working due to their repairs, they could not fix my car and may make it worse. I would like to have the A/C fixed, as well as have the windshield fluid reservoir working again by another repair shop and have them pay the bill, as both of these items were working fine prior to visiting them on Feb 2024. I'm not happy with the vibrating, but not sure what more I can do about it.Business Response

*****,
As you mentioned, we did your oil pan, front crank seal, and side motor mount - this is the scope of work you paid for and have a warranty on. It does not seem you are having an issue with those components leaking or the work we did on that front. As you mentioned, I was genuinely trying to help as far as the vibration, you are correct we replaced a couple of components on your vehicle but as those things did not solve your car, we did not bill you for it either. I know you have had your car for nearly 7 months now, I have not heard from you since you picked up your car, so to see your negative reviews is disappointing, I understand your disappointment with the vibration, but your request for us to pay another shop for repairs that had nothing to do with the work we performed and billed you on, the issue with your AC and wipers, will not be something I can help or do for you. Because of the history or our relationship, I am happy to help with the cost if we were to do those repairs in house, but there would still be some sort of participation on your level depending on what is needed.
Would you be willing to give us another chance and have us look into these new issues? If you feeling the way you expressed in your review, I am happy to let you know your warranty is still active for the work we billed but these other issues are not things that would fall into that.

After I test drove the car on 8/302024, I chatted with Service Manager, ***** on my thoughts of the repairs. Upon expressing to ***** my concern with the vibration still present, and now the a/c not working, hard steering, car was dead and needed a jump, and it was also double-parked with another car in the lot and not convenient for me to start the test drive, I took my car home VERY disappointed, frustrated, and deflated. ***** indicated they would check out the a/c concern the following Tuesday. But as far as the steering issue and vibrating, she was very dismissive and told me the steering was supposed to be stiff and hard to turn and the shop put a lot of time, efforts and parts to manage the vibration! Additionally, my car was dirty inside the cab from leaves and dirt, the cap for the gear shift lock was missing, and the battery no longer held a charge. So after 6 months of waiting to have the obnoxious vibrating fixed, I was now being told I was going to have to essentially live with it and I had added issues to my car! I didn't see myself going back to Accurate Automotive EVER!
And although I greatly appreciate the efforts with the added parts I wasn't charged for, I really only wanted (and still want) to have my car back in the condition it was in when I brought it to your shop last February. This is all I've ever wanted from the start! I am not trying to get something for nothing. My negative reviews on the shop came from this past weekend when I drove my car on the highway and attempted to use my windshield washer fluid to clean off the crud on it from the road that was blinding, only to find this didn't work either! When I attempted to refill the reservoir with washer fluid, it all came gushing out from under the car because the hosing was no longer attached. Upon further inspection, the tubing on the hood had been detached -- I'm assuming to remove the hood for the work that was done. I'm able to use the mechanism to clean the back window but not the front. It definitely worked before I brought the car in for the oil change/leak repair. In fact, after this initial repair, ***** disclosed to me that my car was in great shape and no other repairs were needed. She indicated a full assessment had been performed on the car. I've done my best to keep my 15-yr. old car in good working order, keeping it clean, and getting repairs completed to prevent other issues. Therefore, I would be willing to give you another chance to make this right! But only if I can get the a/c, steering, washer fluid reservoir repaired and if it's going to take more than 3 days to fix it, provide me with a loaner vehicle, as I have many responsibilities where I need a car.
Sincerely,
***** *********Initial Complaint

10/19/2024, I contacted Accurate Automotive in *******************. I spoke to **** about getting install a metal oil pan on my 2018 f150 lariat 3.5 ecoboost. **** gave me a quote over the phone of $650 and said to make sure he will do research and get a price of the oil pan, he wanted me to text him my trucks vin number which I did.**** returned my text message with the response "Hello, I am about to send your estimate over for the oil pan - I did find the metal version you were wanting as well. However, I would need to do the upper and lower pans -- which is a bit more then what I guesstimated earlier, however this link would be your complete parts, labor, tax investment with our 3 year ***** mile warranty Reply STOP to unsubscribe". I agreed to and scheduled a drop off time. I dropped my truck off October 22, 2024. I dropped off my truck and was greeted by front desk staff. He explained it would take 2-3 days. Oct 25th I called to get an update and staff said the would have **** **** me back. I waited and no response. Accurate Automotive closed on weekend I was forced to go the weekend without my truck. Called on Monday no reponce. Tuesday I am VERY UPSET and **** finally calls me back. Said they seized my engine and gave me the option of getting a remanufactured engine of a used engine. I agreed to the remanufactured engine. We'll that option wasn't on the table anymore. They got the used engine and told me they ordered the used one since the remanufactured would take 20weeks. We agreed on the used 40k engine with a 3 year 36k mile warranty and I would just have to pay for the original metal oil pan.Well everything went wrong with my truck. I got my truck back Jan 10, 2025. I need to get it detailed, greasy finger prints all. Over dash board. They wouldn't install aftermarket lights the worked before, engine valve leaking oil, no metal oil pan installed. Which was the reason why I went to get truck serviced in the first place. Needed to rent suvBusiness Response

Mr ****** frustration with his experience at our shop is understandable. Like he stated, he requested for us to install an aftermarket metal oil pan for his vehicle. This vehicle has a lot of split production dates, new designs for the oil pan, and some options were not applicable to his vehicle. One of these options that were not applicable was this metal after market pan. Which is why we had to install a new upper oil pan as well. Unfortunately, unfrozen or caught on our end, with the new upper oil pan and metal oil pan, the clearance for the oil pick up tube was not proper with these new parts and it locked the engine. We felt the best thing for the customer and for the vehicle is to replace the engine at no cost to the customer. When this was communicated, Mr **** directed his communications to his attorney. His attorney thought we were handling this situation great and what we offered and our game plan to get this solved he felt was more then fair. The fact that Mr **** asked us to communicate to his attorney, his attorney made it very clear he thought our game plan was more then fair and was the proper way of handling this, and to lead to this complaint is a bit disappointing.
With that said, towards the end of repairs, we were noticing a large wiring issue with his after marketing lights and he requested for us to not worry about it and agreed to not hold us responsible as he states that was done prior to him owning the truck.
This vehicle is back with Mr ***** he has a 3 year warranty on the low mileage engine that was installed at no additional costs after this after market version would not work for this truck.

I am rejecting this response because:When speaking to my **** (my attorney) he said the only item I'm paying for is my metal oil pan.
So, if accurate automotive installed at no charge to me a used lower mile engine and didn't replace the oil pan, but used the existing oil pan..... What am I being charged $1,200+ for? The agreement was to install a metal oil pan.
Also, my truck is at interstate ***** The valve gaskets are leaking what is causing a oil leak. The steering wheel has a dangerous amount of play. Also interstate **** needed for a couple days to inspect the reason why the drive train is now jerking when at a stand still. I'll forward over a report once they completed the inspection of accurate automotive engine install.
Sincerely,

On Black Friday last year, I spun my car out on ice and popped the two right tires and bent the front right tire rod. I took my car to a shop where it was for about a month before they told me they were only a tire shop and I would go see a specialist. The shop had been recommended to me, accurate automotive. My car has been there since February 2024 where I have spent almost $4000 in repairs. A few months ago they gave me back my car, for which I had less than 24 hours and broke down again on my way into work. They towed the car back to the shop and told me all repairs would be covered moving forward. This included a free transmission replacement used. Today they called me to tell me that somehow the battery is now bad all these months later and that in order to pick up my car, it would be an additional $300 for the battery. Upon further investigation and online reviews, it appears there have been many a similar situation, including from what it looks like a potentialopen lawsuit. The problem started to get worse a few weeks ago when they completely stopped communicating anything about my car or refusing to let me speak with the owner; who had been my main point of contact this entire time. After a week of no communication, I decided to also write a bad review, upon which my phone rang within 15 minutes with the owner yelling at me and telling me that they are no longer fixing my car to come pick it up in the morning. I show up with a tow truck to attempt to take my car, and the front desk lady tells me she apologizes for the owners actions and that my car will be covered and fixed within the next two weeks for free. Well, its two weeks after those two weeks, and still no communication and slept with another bill.Business Response

****** has been in her vehicle since before thanksgiving, she did have a weird accident that caused her to damage her *** and transmission in her vehicle. She was referred to our shop by an employee of ours, this employee advocated for this individual to get help and support due to their personal knowledge of the customers situation and life. We agreed to replace the *** and rear shocks, at a cost to the customer, we were going to replace the transmission with a used transmission as a courtesy to the customer, which we did, that used transmission failed, and we had to get it under warranty. As ****** knows, that warranty process was difficult and took some time, but we finally got their transmission warranty out and because into their hands.
This issue should be considered resolved.

Took my car in for a knock sensor and putting/stalling. They called back with a quote and the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. When I picked up the car everything seemed to be fine. On tjd way home I noticed the same putting/stalling that was there before. I also noticed the interior had grease marks on both seats, some bolts were missing from engine area and the cabin air filter lid was broke. Called in and they said to bring it back in. They called back with a quote to fix what was now making the car putt/ stall. Which the first time they fixed it that was supposed to be what would've fixed it. Went to pick it up and let the Office lady know about my issues and she said the owner would call me back. Two weeks later I haven't heard anything.Initial Complaint

I originally had my car towed to accurate Automotive 12/5/23 (i think not positive on date) for a water leak, hard start and driver window, they said it was the water pump, starter, window regulator. and Cam Shaft Sensor.I have Car shield, so they paid part of the total amount paid. I picked the car up on 12/13/23. I work 3.5 hours from **********. I picked the car up and the next morning went to drive back to work. I only made it a few miles and the hot light came on and turned it off in the middle of the highway, I had antifreeze in the trunk, put some in drove a bit further where i could pull over. Checked and the car was leaking antifreeze. I called the shop and took the car back to them they said the water pump failed. It can happen, so I was nice and patient. Initially my car took longer to fix because they said they got a bad starter, now the water pump. They did give me a loaner car when I first brought it in and the day, I brought it back. But definitely costing some fuel to drive back and forth at this point. Also, when the water pump failed my door lock was not working all of a sudden either. I picked the car up on 12/15/23 they did the water pump again and the door actuator. They did not charge me anything the water pump/timing belt was covered because of the failure and the actuator was fully covered by car shield. I drive back to work 3.5 hours away and when I get to work the cars hot light came on. I am still losing antifreeze and the car started cutting out sometimes it would start and other times it would not. I kept antifreeze in it there was none under the car so did not know where it could be going. I took the car back. They said it was the upper radiator hose and the battery. I told them It is not the battery I had it checked before I brought it in. I told them it seemed like the starter still, doing the same thing. Even though the starter was under warranty apparently, they did not check it, just blamed it on the battery. I picked the car up on 1/5/24. driving back and forth and had to rent a car because they did not have a loaner vehicle. Went to friend's house and the next morning i had to drive to *********. When I got off the highway I heard loud clunking, made it to my friend's house. He works on racecars, and he said it is the passenger side motor mount. I could not drive the car like that, I looked at the app that accurate auto has, and it said in the app a green light for the motor mounts were checked and good. A friend of mine that knows a lot about cars and builds racecars as well came out and both of my friends said that the motor mount needed to be replaced and that it looked like when they did the water pump, they should have replaced the stretch bolts because they cannot use the old ones according to several shops I talked to and 2 men that build racecars. I called accurate and spoke to ***** she said they were not responsible, but then another ***** called me, he was the director there. He was easy to talk to and understood my anger and frustration at this point, but he said when he talked to the owner, they were not responsible for it. He did say they would tow the vehicle there and try to make it right, but at this point I don't trust them at all. My friends also found a fuel leak right next to the radiator hose, that accurate auto missed. Every time I left there shop i made it a few miles and had problems that could destroy my motor. I was very upset. I needed to go back to work but was stuck again. I have pictures of the motor mount, but it would not let me upload the receipts or pictures. I could not even think at that point, my friends asked me what I wanted to do. I said I don't trust this shop, every time I leave their same problem or new one. I needed to go back to work. ***** the director was very nice, and he said let me know what you want to do. I was exhausted I work 14 hours a day and nothing but problems with my car. I decided to think on it for a night and get some sleep. I left the car in ********* at my friend's house. Well, little did I know my friends went and got the parts and fixed it so I could go back to work. I paid them the parts plus $300 for labor. $510.00. Did not have the money to spend, but what do I do. I go back to work 3.5 hours away and I end up stuck again and my job. The cars won't start. I had it towed to the shop in **************. They said it was not the battery, called me later and said the wrong connector was put on the starter and it fell off. **** was $450. I called ***** at Accurate auto, told him everything that had transpired. I talked to him several time over the next months to try to get them to take responsibility for this. He was reasonable, but it sounded like the owner was not. This ***************** was talking to me and then to the owner, so I told him to just have the owner (*********************) call me, it does not make sense to take all this time going back and forth with no results. Plus, before I had my car towed their originally, I talked to the owner and asked him several times. Can you work on this car, can you work on this car, can you work on this car. It is not an easy car to work on and he assured me they had good European mechanics. Then ***** finally came back and said the owner will pay $225 or you can try to go through the warranty company, but they usually don't do that. Well, that was the first time I ever heard from them about a warranty company. On their invoice it says they warranty for 3 years or ****** miles but I have to bring it to them at their shop, so that made no sense to me. ***** said it is in the pamphlet that they put the invoice in and if you are 25 miles away or more than you can take it to another shop. I was never told this, through this entire process and why does their invoice same something different. I did not look through the pamphlet just invoice. Anyway, I told him I would think about it, because I spent 450 for the starter fix and $500 for the motor mount fix and $225 was not going to cut it and all the driving back and forth and all the antifreeze. Plus, the stress. I have cancer so this is not helping me. I was soooooo tired. So I called the warranty company, and they covered the diagnostic tow and the labor for the starter. $450. I told ***** and he was shocked. We still had the issue of the motor mount, but all of a sudden, I got a text from ***** that he was not working there anymore.Months of talking and now this. So, i was busy so waited and was about to call the owner. I had to go to ****** and back for doctor ****** when I was driving back my Radiator hose blew and I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. I called the warranty company for roadside they wanted $300 but they would not take cash I did not have enough in my acct to put it on a card, plus it was really difficult they use Allstate for the roadside and allstate seemed confused. I found a tow truck service in *********** because i was closest to them. found one thank God, he charged me $300. The warranty company said they would only cover $125 of it. I called accurate auto when I was stuck in the middle of now where and told them that the warranty company would only cover $125. ********************* the owner of Accurate called me the next day, but he was very difficult to communicate with, he just wanted to argue over little things that did not matter. He called the shop owner; they argued as well. Accurate Auto cut the radiator hose on the wrong end the flipped it around and put it on and it was rubbing on the radiator fan and that is what caused everything. This shop is not accurate at all. Talked to the owner after nonstop stupid childish arguing. He would interrupt I would interrupt, but when I interrupted, he would hang up on me and when he interrupted, he would hang up on me. Him and the shop owner were arguing as well. Finally, he said he would pay for the tow and hose, but I told him we need to talk about the motor mount, he said I got paid for that. I said no that was the starter. He said the offer to pay the tow and hose was rescinded and hung up on me. So here we are. I am owed $680.82.They brag about having this 3 year/******-mile warranty and just so over everyone knows they need it. I am thankful that they have a warranty company because if not I would be out $1500. They are responsible for the motor mount. They used the original bolts when they took the motor mount off twice when they did the water pump, and you have to replace the stretch bolts on my car. Even the Shop ****** from Accurate auto said that those stretch bolts have to be replaced if they are removed. I have the pictures of the mount and bolts They are not new. Then the remainder of the tow bill for the radiator hose. The owner at accurate ********************* will say I was arguing but I had no problem talking to ***** his director. **** tried to bash him, but he was way easier to talk to. I guess if this goes to court, I can subpoena ***** to testify, or he might do it willingly. He was very helpful and tried to help but the owner prevented a solution. Now after talking to *********************, I see why this all was taking months to figure out. He is impossible to communicate with. I am a property manager and have to communicate under bad circumstances all the time and this experience and process has been the worst and once I spoke with *********** all made sense. They don't want to admit that everything they did almost damaged my motor and I am hoping still that it will be ok. Just hoping and praying the water pump does not fail next because everything else they touched they did wrong. rooky mistakes. I just want the money I lost back and to be done with them. I will not let this go through because if I do then this will happen to more people that know less than I do about cars.Business Response

Good morning ***** -
I am sorry you are not happy with our services and the results of your vehicle. As you know, I have tried to help and communicate to resolve this with you. In fact - if there was anything wrong with the work that we did, you have access to the warranty company and how they can resolve this for you as well. We understand you are frustrated and have tried to help in several ways of communication and we continue to be met with anger, threats, and violent conversations that have not been productive and then you choose a different media to continue that conversation which also has been difficult to follow.
We are sorry this experience has not been ideal, we hope the best for you and your vehicle, and if your issues are related to the work we did, you do know how to use our warranty company.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not dealing or talking to ******. I think this is a generic response to just not answer everything that has happened and the money they owe to back up their so-called claims of integrity and honesty. Because since this has started, I have gotten none of that, and everything that they touched on my car had to be done twice or I ended up broke down. The warranty company did cover the starter and radiator hose, but what they will not cover you will not. They do not cover the engine motor mount. All of this has cost me time, money agony outside of the warranty company. numerous trips back and forth and an excessive amount of antifreeze, since you guys never did find the antifreeze actual leak. I spoke with ***** (the man) for months to try and resolve this and had no problem communicating with him. Once I spoke to the owner everything escalated because he did not want to admit that anything was wrong, when almost every single part that was replaced on my car failed and/or was installed improperly, which cost me more than just the parts and labor that the warranty company covered. I missed work, had to spend extra gas, rental vehicle costs and the distress over all of it as well. I TRIED to talk to the owner. The last time I talked to him I listened to everything he said, did not interrupt and when I started talking, he hung up on me. He said he would pay for the tow bill and the part. I started talking to explain about the motor mounts and was going to discuss that the warranty company would cover the part and labor if he could cover the balance of the tow bill, since they would not cover the entire $300. BUT COULD NOT BECAUSE HE SAID OFFER RESCINDED THEN HUNG UP ON ME. So, the claims of violence are non-sense, and he knows it. He just does not want to pay or own up to the horrible work that was done and still continues. This man does not seem to have any integrity or honesty in his bones. I have seen the reviews online, the shop used to be owned by ** and after this guy took over it has gone downhill. The amount for the tow bill was less than he was offering to pay, but I could not even get that out, because he just interrupted and then hung up on me. He has the motor mount receipts and labor cost / pictures that were emailed to ******, and a copy of the tow bill is attached to this complaint. I have enough evidence to **** I did not want to go that route, but if you guys force me, I will, and my damages are more than the amount that I am asking you to cover, which is just the motor mount parts and labor for the motor mount repair + the rest of the portion of the tow bill when my radiator hose blew when I was in the middle of nowhere. And of course I am upset, because now I have a problem with another thing that you guys worked on which is the driver side door window regulator and actuator. When you guys worked on it, it was cold outside, so I was not driving around with it down. Now that it has gotten warmer, when the window is 3/4 down the window vibrates bad and then also seems to affect the speaker in the door like something was not done right again, plus the door lock works sometimes and then sometimes does not. So just another thing I have to come out of pocket for and not have my car and then wait for weeks to get paid back by the warranty company. This entire process with Accurate Auto has been hassle after hassle and they don't seem to be able to fix anything right. Like I text him after he hung up on me. DO THE RIGHT THING!! He knows what the honest right thing to do here is. Back up what you say in your commercial!

I had a them.put a new motor in my car ans.nitneven 4 months later it started to over heat .. I called them and they wanted me to take it there but nit was to gar and they were kinda expensive I thought so I had someone else look natural it I paid that shop ****** to look at it and fix it they replace the radiator and hoses ect. Well I got it back drove 20 min it started over heating blowing he hose off so called him they look at it called ****** asked why this was happening they told.him blown or bad head gasket so called accurate auto towed the car there I told them what was Going on, I told them that where I had replaced and went. ******** told me that probably was with a head. Gasket did diagnose to anyway. With the radiator and hoses, they won $1500. I said no, that was too much. I had it towed in my house. I had my mechanic, my boyfriend. How much mechanic worked replaced everything they suggested on the. Estimated given me and it did the same thing. He also told me it's a blowhead gasket. So that's 3 people that told me it's going. Hand gasket it's too an exact same thing that super said it would do I called accurate automotive. They denied it said it was over a year that I had it worked on. Which is a lie, the head yasket is should be under there warranty. They are not replacing it, and they are not even trying to help. Just not their problem, it's not their issue. I spent $10000 on their f****** motor.Business Response

Hello *****,
I have tried to reach out several times now and have not been able to get ahold of you - it says your phone is disconnected.
However, your warranty company paid our shop to replace your engine with a USED engine which came with a limited warranty on the engine itself. 5 months later, your vehicle was towed back to our shop because it was driven while over heated to the point your radiator exploded, which took out several hoses and belts.
When a vehicle is over heated to the point the radiator explodes, which we showed you a photo and video of what happened, we needed to replace the radiator, thermostat, hoses, and belts - which you are correct are not under warranty as we did not replace those items.
When your warranty company gave us authorization with a used motor it does not include resealing the engine as we tried to explain. We did waive your diagnostic fee in help with efforts of your financial situation that you expressed but we feel this review/complaint is not a fair representation of our work as we did not drive your car while over heating to this point.
We tried to help with cost and your warranty company again but they denied the repairs based on what happened with the vehicle.
We hope the best for you and your vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:I absolutely did drive the car while it over heated because simply itshut off .also the radiator was replaced twice.. in there warranty states 3yrs or ***** miles which ever comes first. I came out of pocket ******* because accurate auto refused to use parts from the warrant company so they could warranty the motor themselves.. they put a used motor in it that already had problems and why over charged me.. they waived the diagnosis fee because they never told me about it and when i called them to tell them I was taken my cat there was no mention of a fee. They turned the tow truck driver trick away and so I had to pay the tow company for there time for that.. this place over charged and will not make good on there warranty .. this company made over ******** off this job way n over priced rook full advantage of me and the situation I have had 3 other Certified mechanics look at it, and they have all said the same thing about it. Being a head gasket, they don't want to come forward and admit that what they did was wrong
Sincerely,

I had my *** dropped off at Accurate Automotive by a tow company, spoke with ******** the ** and was told it was fine to have the veh dropped off, once it was towed they pretended they didn't know who's owned the veh, which was very untrue. Once that issue was resolved I approved for a diagnostic to be done on the veh. They listed several things that needed to be fixed but I only approved for the alignment. Communication was done only by text with ********, she mentioned 4 tires were needed before alignment could be done. The tires were to expensive to purchase at their location and I only wanted 2 used tires. I asked if I could have the used tires put on and take the veh elsewhere for an alignment. There was no response from ********. A few days passed, than ******** asked what my plan was for the veh. I explained AGAIN, I would need to get 2 used tired (I was searching for some) and would let her know once I had them so I could move the veh. Once again No response from ********, than another few days ******** rudely texted again, and said I HAD to purchase the tires for them, I simply declined. She than mentioned storage fees and CLAIMED the vehicle was considered abandoned (NOT TRUE)! it was never discussed or mentioned at all about it being abandoned. Yes, the battery was dead but wasn't prior to getting it there. They considered it abandoned and charged fees. Per Statue they can not charge for storage on the weekend, or major holidays but **** claimed they can because ******** laws and abandonment. They clearly don't understand the laws and really shouldn't be in business. They are liars, connivers, and scam artist. They treat customer very poorly, they charged me an unfair amount and I plan to take them to court. I have the proof of ALL the text communication and the statue of the laws. My Fianc spoke with **** and he was using examples such as ********* and not being able to bring your own meat to have them cook, LOL tires had to be purchased through them.Business Response

Hello *****,
As discussed with your wife and mentioned to you -- your vehicle was left at our shop for over 2 weeks. You were out of town and did not respond to our text messages or phone calls. As told on June 30th, you would be charged storage fees at $50 a day if your vehicle is left with us. Which it was for 16 days.
You are correct, we do not use customer supplied parts - as just like go to Elways steak, you cannot bring in your own steak for them to cook. This is a traditional business practice.
You had the option to remove your vehicle when you realized you could not afford repairs or did not want to do repairs do OEM specifications as all tires must be at the exact same tread level and having two random used tires would not allow your *** to be properly aligned.
At the time you realized these these things were needed you led us to believe you were applying for financial assistant and programs to do these repairs, which weeks went by with no communication.
Then, you began to insult and threaten my staff and was kindly asked to be removed from the front office based on your behaviors. For the 16 days your vehicle was here, you were charged for 8 days of storage and diagnostic of your vehicle.
As much as we understand you are frustrated with your vehicle and financial situation we feel you a misdirecting your anger and hope the best for you and your vehicle.

I brought my car into their shop mid March, 2022. They held it for over a week and never got back to me so I called 3 times and finally got someone to answer. He quoted me just under $2700 to fix EVERYTHING that needed done due to rodent damage. They offered my THEIR loan service to help pay it back and told me that it didn't have ANY interest so I spoke with insurance and gave them the okay to fix what he quoted me. I then get ahold of them over another week later as I haven't heard anything and they told me they were still working on it but that my cost was higher, by almost a thousand dollars. At this point I was freaking out because I dont have that kind of money and only got approved for their loan for just barely over what I needed. He told me they replaced 2 of my O2 sensors as well as a coolant flush was on my receipt and an AC compressor drive belt. They then proceed to charge me for these things as well as the labor for them. I NEVER gave them the okay for either of those fixes. I called ****** off and told them that it wasnt okay, long story short, and they told me, exact words, "it had to be done to get the car working" which is ********. I got them to take the labor of the O2 sensors and thats all they would do. They claim they took another $100 off but I paid $75 initially for the inspection and initial quotes that they said would roll into any work that I got done so that doesnt count as a Im sorry discount. They ruined my car.. all my lights have been back on including a new one, my car STILL makes noise which it did NOT before going into their shop. They popped one of my snow tires and replaced it with a regular tire, and told me they would call with my actual snow tire replacement as well as my belt part they needed. As you can tell its now been 5 months. I called last month and they said no updates. I could go on and on but out of text limits. They also messed up my glove box as you seen in the pictures.. Im paying a total of $6156.77, for nothinBusiness Response
