    date bought was august 30th 2023. a ******* cell phone. never received. Re-cell supposedly shipped with ****** they say ***** reported the package left outside a building. i requested a picture with the building number or apartment number where it was left. I got blurry a picture of a package left on some steps, no building number or any identifying markers as to where it was left. i contacted the company and they said that's the only picture available and since ***** had said they delivered then that's the end of it. this was a cell phone and i don't know why the company wouldn't require a signature for electronics or why they couldn't prove where or what building the phone was left in. $397.84 spent on this refurbished phone.

    Hello, 

    We deeply apologize that the buyer claims that they did not receive their item. We worked with Fed Ex in August of 2023 who deemed the item was delivered appropriately and correctly. We are unable to be responsible for items that are lost/stolen after delivery. Please note that we are a small, family owned business and we cannot simply refund every buyer who claims to have no received their item. Since Fed Ex deemed it was delivered correctly, we are unable to offer a refund and we recommend working with local authorities to try and retrieve the device. This item was delivered 8 months ago, and therefore; Amazon has purged all information about this buyer from our system. Please see that we are a small, family owned business and if we refunded every buyer who claimed to have not received their package after there is evidence of receipt, we would no longer be in business. Thank you for understanding that the item was delivered correctly according to Fed Ex and had this complaint come to us in a timely manner, we would have been able to provide more evidence, but Amazon purges all information of buyers from our system after thirty days. Thank you for seeing this item was delivered and that we are not responsible for item that are stolen or lost after a complete delivery. Thank you kindly.
