    I highly regret doing business with this company. They do not stand behind their work, and they do not subscribe to best practices in the industry. They cut corners that impact the homeowner down the line.I had brand new wood flooring installed and finished 2.5 years ago by this company. Unfortunately, I must now pay another company thousands to fix the very poor work of ***** Flooring. Future customers beware that ***** Flooring told me that it is "normal" to have to spend thousands on your wood floor 2.5 years after an initial installation and that is why they won't fix it/stand behind their work.
