    I would not trust the manager. He changed the oil and then snapped the oil pan bolt off. He proceeded to tell me the bolt was previously damaged and my car could not be serviced. I ckeck the oil and noticed it was very clean indicating he indeed serviced the car. He said the oil was clean because the engine was topped off. Clean oil does not make dirty oil clean. I created a video show the oil was clean indicating it was clanged. This is exactly why many of these companies have a horrible reputation.
