CSL plasma owes a greater degree of respect for the persons they **** blood out of. The first two times I went in for my plasma donation, I was bruised by the tech. I didn't realize it, but it was noticed on my 3rd donation and made clear and obvious to me that it was an issue. The doctor (or whatever crackpot professionals you hire) suggested we try the right arm, otherwise I'd have to wait until the bruise you inflicted clears up. They stuck my right arm. Donor flow was fine for 5 minutes, then dropped off. I notified the tech. It took 5 minutes for someone to come by and move the needle. Blood returned, flow starts again. 5 minutes in , I call the tech over because flow dropped off. It took 10 minute this time for the qualified personnel to come over. And by now a clot formed. So my blood is stuck in the machine, unable to be returned through the right or left arm. Absolutely unreal that you put people in this position. I will be taking pictures and telling every single person I know who donates (or is considering donating) to not use CSL facilities. I now have 8 weeks worth of worry to handle , as I have no idea what my body is going to do. The fact that you are so understaffed that you can't address issues as they pop-up, and instead prioritize getting your plasma over my own quality of life tells me everything I need to know about your organization. And everything I need to know, in order to tell EVERYONE that I know. Will be seeing a doctor tomorrow to be sure that your facility didn't cause me any harm. On top of that I'm going to be submitting multiple reddit posts, BBB reviews, and consulting my paralegal to find out what my options are.
