  First, they noticed, on their own, and notified me that my *** account had moved into collection status. Then, they got collection suspended until we could resolve the matter in my favor. They did things I could not have done on my own.

  When I initially had trouble with the ***, these guys helped me get to a point where the *** was no longer threatening me. I thought I was all set, but now it seems I wasn't. About 6 months ago, these guys called me and claimed that something had changed with my status with the *** and told me I had to pay them another $2000 to fix whatever this new problem was. I foolishly agreed to pay them. They had me spend a lot of time filling out paperwork, filing financial reports, etc. They promised they were going to fix everything and finally get the *** liens lifted so I could refinance my mortgage.I didn't hear anything from them for a several months. Now they finally got back to me and said they didn't do anything yet, but they want another $2000 to do what they said they were going to do six months ago. I would not trust these people.

  The $1,950 you paid was not for a single, guaranteed outcome, but for professional representation to begin resolving your IRS matter. This included getting your account into compliance, halting enforced collection actions, and working toward a long-term resolution. While resolution can take time especially in cases where the statute of limitations plays a role your case was not ignored. You were placed in a protective hold status, meaning the *** agreed not to pursue collection actions such as levies or garnishments while we worked on your file. That status provides important relief and is a meaningful part of the process.
  Its also important to note that progress was impacted by delays in receiving the necessary supporting documentation from you. The *** required this documentation to evaluate your financials and determine eligibility for further relief. In addition, lien release was not part of your original contract, and the additional fees required to initiate that process were not paid. These factors contributed to the timeline and limited the scope of what could be accomplished within the original engagement.
  We were able to secure a $3,400 reduction in your balance to start with before you requested we stop work, which is a meaningful result. Reducing your liability decreases your overall exposure, improves future settlement or discharge options, and supports a strategy that aligns with the expiration of the collection statute. Comparing that outcome to the $1,950 in professional fees does not reflect the time, skill, and negotiation required to reach and maintain resolution status, analyze your financials, and guide your case strategically.
  IRS resolution is not a one-time event; it is a process that requires patience, diligence, and timely cooperation. We are committed to seeing cases through not just collecting fees. If there was any misunderstanding about the scope of work, we regret that and are happy to review the original agreement with you.

  The problem, as I see it, is that you previously charged me $2000 and you told me that you would do all this work. Now you tell me you didn't do it and want another $1950 on top of the previous $2000. If you had told me before that the previous $2000 was just the beginning, and no one knows how much it will cost by the time you're done, it would have been a different story. Getting the liens removed may not have been in the contract, but you told me verbally that it would be part of the deal for the first $2000. What makes this even worse is that you charged me thousands of dollars several years ago and very much implied that the work you did back then would solve my problems for good.

  It is an honor to give this review for ******* **** and Nationwide Professionals.*******, an invaluable representative at Nationwide Professionals has been a joy to work with in every sense of the word!She has vigorously advocated for us now in our almost 2 decade long struggle to get the *** to respond to our repeated attempts to get them to apply our payments, give statement balances and last but certainly not the least, the many requests we have made to the release of an almost eight year garnishment that I had requested for many years.******* has successfully submitted these requests and most recently she was most instrumental in our garnishment being released among many other sucesses involving our case!******* is the best advocate anyone could possibly have.
