    Sunetha Property Management refuses to manage their rentals in accordance with local and stats law/regulations. I have contacted them about their renters in *** ****** ****** dog barking excessively at 8am every morning, however Sunetha states they dont deal with noise complaints. It is my understanding that the management company should be enforcing the lease which outlines local and state noise regulations. I would like assistance educating the company on their responsibilities as the rental agency responsible for managing their communities and renters.

    I received an email this morning from ****** ****** stating that the dog next door to her home was barking at 8 a.m.  Based on the noise ordinance for Archuleta County 55 decibels during the day is allowed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  I informed her that should would need to contact Animal Control if she felt the dogs were a nuisance by barking after 8 a.m. in the morning.  The home is in a residential neighborhood with a back yard and the tenants own dogs.  Dogs are going to bark and I have received no other complaints besides this former employee.  I do believe this was filed out of spite due to the separation of employment with our company due to her trying to get me to sign a fraudulent document for a bank loan stating she made three times the amount in pay than she actually did.  I refused to sign the document and we parted ways with her employment which is why she is filing a BBB complaint vs contacting Animal Control.  I have copied the Animal Control Duties below.
