      Be aware of this so call business, can't trust them to do what they say they will.Booked Bello Lago Villa 1-21-2023 for the week of 7-21-2023 - 7-28-2023, paid deposit of $1762.72, RES-***** & Booking BKG-***** with agreement of full refund at 30 days before rental date of 7-21-2023. April 7th, 2023 contacted ******************** with Pagosa Peak Property Management to cancel & was told it would take 2 business days to complete. One week later reached out to ********************, she informed me that she had submitted the cancelation/refund with the owner of Pagosa Peak Property Management & that she was no longer working there.I have yet to be notified of my request being completed & credit company refunded.We have been vacationing in Pagosa Springs for 15 years & have never had any issues like this. I have submitted to my credit card ************** are also attempting to help me resolve, refund of $1762.72.Since this has happened to me, I am seeing others making same review comments & some have stated that upon arrival they didn't have the rented vacation home due to someone else already occupying the same house. I am sure others as far as for ourselves have already booked flights, car rentals, and any other hotel stays.Something needs to happen to stop this from happening to others.

      My family and I rented a vacation property with Pagosa Peak through Airbnb and we had the absolute worst experience. We stayed at the property in December and when we arrived the heat was turned off. The unit was 44 degrees and it took four hours to reach 60 degrees. The unit was dirty, there were dirty dishes in the sink and trash from the previous tenants. There was a leak in the bathroom and a significant amount of water on the floor. Three of the smoke detectors were chirping. The Wi-Fi also didnt work which was a problem since we had poor cell service. We immediately messaged Pagosa Peak and we didnt receive a response until more 12 hours later when they asked us to call to resolve the issues. We called the same night when we arrived back to the unit and informed Pagosa Peak of the issues. There were still unresolved issues of the water leak, Wi-Fi not working and chirping smoke detectors. We were forced to replace the batteries in the smoke detector and we were told since there was high usage in the Wi-Fi that it wouldnt get fixed. We were also not provided a resolution to the water leak in the bathroom. We requested a partial refund for one night due to the issues we experienced and the conditions of the unit. We were told someone would contact us and let us know about the refund but we never heard anything. I reached out after we checked out and asked why we didnt hear anything and received a response from ************* stating they are the manager and we wouldnt receive a refund. The manager wouldnt accept any blame or apologize whatsoever. Instead the manager stated they had checked the unit two hours before and it was not cold in the unit. My response was that if that was the case why were there dirty dishes and trash. This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced. This company is not aiming to serve the customer they are looking out for their bottom line.
