    My husband and I were told that our trash service would start on March 30, 2023. We were charged $45.00 quarterly and they provided the trash can. The first time we had to call to find out what had happen because they did not come to pick up our trash and they said they would pick it up the next day and they did. This is the second week that our trash has not been picked up on time. We have called numerous times and left messages and have gotten no return call or explanation of any kind. I would like to know if we will get a refund and if we need to switch trash companies again.

    55631355-05618 I want to let you know that the company Dependable Waste Services has contacted me and we have resolved the issue. I have been refunded my money. I believe they are just having "growing pains" that they were unprepared for. Thank you for contacting me!
