    I visited ******** on August 31, 2024 to purchase a one-day pass for my son and his friends. I explicitly requested and intended to purchase a single-day admission for three children. A manager informed me he could offer a discount to help me save money, which I accepted in good faith. However, I unknowingly signed up for a recurring monthly membership, without being told that this was the discount.Since that visit, ******** has been automatically charging me $84.20$84.21 per month, totaling $597.52.Upon contacting Sky ****, I was told that I had "acknowledged" the membership agreement on the customer-facing display. However, at no point was I informed that my requested day pass had been converted into a recurring subscription. Instead, the membership agreement was deceptively placed in front of me under the pretense of a discount.Steps Taken:1.I reached out to Sky **** customer service, explaining that I never intended to sign up for a membership and requested a refund of the unauthorized ************* **** refused a refund, instead offering me extended membership time and an $85 gift cardneither of which address the unauthorized charges.3.I reiterated that I never knowingly agreed to a membership and emphasized that their practice was **************** **** still refused a refund, despite acknowledging that the terms may have been missed in the process.I am seeking a full refund of the unauthorized charges, totaling $505.24, which were withdrawn after my initial visit. This is a clear case of deceptive practices, and I believe it is unethical and unfair to refuse a refund when I had not been informed that the customer-facing display was clearly not what I had asked for.Additionally, I request that ******** revises their policies to ensure that customers are explicitly informed. Consumers should not be tricked into long-term financial commitments .

    I am happy to say that Sky Zone Parker, in response to escalation, contacted me and refunded the requested total.
    Thank you for helping me; without your clout, I wouldn't have been able to secure a satisfactory resolution.
    They refunded the complete total of $505.24.
