    I originally called or hired this company to do install a radon system in my new addition on my home. I placed $356 deposit/10% of total amount of total work to be done and sent up a time frame I would need this done by. I left town with family on a snow boarding trip and while I was gone my General Contractor hired another company to do the work. I came home and work was complete so I called this AsbesTech and said Im sorry but my GC got another company. He flat out told me sorry I cant give you your deposit back because I bought materials for your job already. I said wow not even a portion of it (because I understand restocking fees and stuff and he said NO costed more then your deposit amount and Im upside down now with this material. I dont believe the fact that he cannot return this material and get money back. He basically kept material that he can use on another Job and capitalize on and $356 of my hard earned money.
