If I could give them no stars, I would.I had a very expensive package delivered to our mail room, a resident used their key to gain access and take my package.I called to see the security footage and see who used their card to swipe in and steal my stuff. We do not have video footage of the mailroom at this time. Is the only thing they had to say regarding my request. They completely ignored the key card request. Now Im just stuck, no package, no help, no video footage. Thanks M&E!So if you ever need some free stuff, just come steal things from M&E mail rooms! They dont have working cameras protecting their residents, and if you ask for any help they just brush you off with a single sentence. Not really sure what the point of a prop management company is if they cant manage their own properties. Thanks for the help ****, youve been nothing short of terrible.

M&M claimed they had zero money left over from the previous management group ****** ********** ***** because of rising insurance costs due to faulty wiring. Where did the tens of thousands of dollars go in the account? They shoved through an outrageous $120 increase in monthly dues and gave the condo owners 48 HOURS TO COMPLY! Everything is carefully shielded to extort money from clients. The worst management company we have ever delt with.

The inormation contained in this review is false. The claim is against the owner's ***, Brittany ********* and not M&M Property Management. The *** board terminated their agreement with ****** ********** due to the Insurance issue and various accounting matters. M&M Property Management was hired to advise the board and commuity of the issues and begina corrective measures to "right the ship" This resulted in an increase in *************** to pay for the increased costs and several townhall meetings as well as board meetings to discuss this will alll impacted homeowners.

This company is unprofessional. We have people with out water for 4 days and no one at the office is handling communication to the home owners. Law suite needs to happen and file a complaint with the *********** and AZ. Lots of things are wrong with this company. Why are we even paying them? For what ?

****** is a tenant in a *** community we manage. ****** called 14 times on Monday January 15th during the freeze. One of the tenants in her building failed to turn on their heat after the *** sent numerous notices prior to the freeze and the pipes froze in their unit. The *** sent a plumber the same day who repaired the broken pipes in the homeowners unit, which was a homeowner responsible repair, but the *** made the repair to get the building water back on. The water service was restored late that same evening. All the other owners/tenants in the building were very grateful that the *** responded so quickly during this storm. Especially when you watch the news and see all the reports of broken pipes and buildings without water/heat.

We manage 35+ single family homes in the South metro area. Thank goodness this is the only one under this management company, We had three with them and the *** for them left. It feels like fines and penalties are a priority rather than "neighborly" community maintenance. if I knew someone considering a home under their management, I would make note to the purchaser with caution. I have since met others in the industry with the similar reactions. Often a personal visit or phone communication by a community representative or a *** team can save time on both sides. It seems that " maintaining distance" is a guideline. An example relates to garage door replacement and color. I asked if they suggested trim or body color. I was told to submit and they had up to 30 days for response, I was replacing two damaged doors. The old doors had a broken window that I was fined for. (Some of the fine was credited sometime later). After getting garage door design samples, I elected to stay with the same style windows and squares to save time under the lack of guidance. I hope the ***** of ********* might get better control and a better working relationship for the Homeowner. I wanted to touch up paint that had peeled on the porch , The Paint was matched at Lowes. I was told that approval was required or I could be fined. I even mentioned, how can the *** or management watch "all" regular maintenance issues of "peeling Paint" thru the neighborhood?Working strictly by computer for older homeowners, is often not as "friendly".

Do not trust your property or money with this Management Company. If you are a HOA and looking to change Management I suggest your read all the comment and also check with Yelp. As a landlord of multiple properties for more than 25 years in the ****** and surrounding area I can attest to the worst experience I have had. They have only been involved for 2 months and our property is out of control. Your property values depend on good Management.
