If you are not satisfiedwith a product you purchase as Sahair Salon:
At any time within 30 days of your purchase, please consult with your stylist to exchange your Redken or Pureology product for something that is a better fit for your style and needs
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, and one of our stylists cannot match you with an exchange product to fit your needs, you may receive a full refund in the amount and payment style your product(s) were purchased for.
Sahair Salon cannot exchange or refund any Shampoos, Conditioners, Take-home hair treatments and Styling Products which are missing more than half of its original content
Unfortunately, for thesafety of our guests, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of anymakeup or makeup applicators/tools at Sahair Salon. We take hygiene veryseriously and want to be sure to follow the industry’s best practices toguarantee the safety and cleanliness of our products!
We love our Bio Ionicstyling tools! When purchasing a hot tool from us, Sahair Salon will releaseall responsibility associated with tools and therefore will not accept anyreturns through our storefront. However, Bio Ionic is an incredible companywith policies that guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. Bio Ionic tools,once purchased, can be registered under warranty as stated in this excerpt fromtheir policy:
“At our discretion, BioIonic will replace any dryer, styling iron, curling iron, or curling wandwithin and subject to the warranty timeframe and provisions specified below foreach appliance, if it is defective in workmanship or materials.
Please Note: Products must be registered within 30 days ofpurchase date to validate warranty.
