If a potential or current patient pre-pays or pays in advance for any services offered by High Caliber Chiropractic, any service or services NOT yet rendered will be refunded to the patient upon request.
In the event that a patient has pre-paid for an event special offer and the patient fails to make their scheduled appointment, their money, which was used to hold their scheduled appointment on the schedule will not be refunded. If the doctor arrives to the patient's residence or pre-determined meeting place for treatment and the patient fails to appear for their treatment at the time of their scheduled appointment time, the money that has been paid in advance will be considered a missed appointment fee. It will not be refunded to the patient.
