    This is in response to comments dated 7/26/2022. Collecting additional documentation and facts is commonplace when dealing with a warranty claim. Once received it showed the engine was modified outside of the original specifications of the engine. Additionally, the engine shows it was operating with high oil temps and high coolant temps for nearly 4 hours. I'm sorry but an engine that has been modified and been operated outside of specifications cannot qualify for warranty coverage. Only the operator and mechanic can control how an engine is operated and/or installed.

    My company purchased a remanufactured diesel engine from this company. After a short time the engine started showing problems(which we addressed without voiding the warranty), and eventually nonfunctional . Still under warranty. They agreed to replace it. They gave us the runaround, started demanding paperwork and all sorts of information. After they ran out of excuses not to honor their warranty, they flat out denied any type of coverage. This back-and-forth extended for almost 4 months now. Meanwhile this vehicle is obviously unusable and unproductive. Meanwhile I am making payments while I awaited their promise to replace this engine that is under warranty. We have invested time and money and complying with all the requirements, even going as far as to making trips out of state to gather and support their informational needs. We are not asking for a favor, nor money back, nor any type of freebie, we just want the engine that we paid for, so that we can get this very important truck in our business, to be working. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE!!! ASAP
