      First thing you guys aren't even accredited so that tells me about your training and your policies and procedures when certain things happen. A young boy started beating one of my party guests went inside came out and lied about another one of my party guests and we were kicked out a boy lied on girls and started beating her and kicking her in line because they were upset someone else saved their spot in line. We were kicked out in the other people were not it was embarrassing and that little boy should be put to shame for what he did to my party guest and then we were forced to leave by *************************** and not allowed to let my nine year old enjoy his party and ride the go-karts one last time. They never got the full story jumping to conclusions and assumptions causes you guys to lose business and customers. I had three or five different employees gang up on me and my disabled husband and our family because of another customer putting their hands on one of my party guests if I knew their name I would be pressing charges.

      Hello,

      I'd be happy to address this directly with the guest filing the complaint. We can easily go back and review any video footage that we may have of the incident and attempt to determine who was at fault and/or if both parties had some influence on the situation. With that being said, if it the day that I am thinking of, there weren't a lot of incident bystanders during the altercation. I am still happy to assist, I would need to specific information from the guest.
