    I signed up for Pure Barre and then was laid off from my jobs I let the team know and they advised me to reach out the **************** Manager for cancellation. I explained the situation that I not only had lost income but also couldnt make any of the class times. When the manager responded they contradicted the initial instructions and told me they could not help me. They basically just refuse to help even though they could. They charge late fees and no shows even if you pre-pay for classes. I explained that it didnt work and I was almost paying more in fees than my prepaid membership. They continue to attempt to charge me and text me from a number with no identifying information so I can even know who it is.

    This person is not a member of our Pure Barre studio in **********, **, nor associated with any studios owned by our owner.  This person is a member of the Pure Barre studio in ******, *** which is under different ownership.  You will need to reach out to them to settle as Pure Barre High Point is not involved in this dispute and does not understand why any information was sent here.
