    We had 2 garage floors done in 2019. **** told us at time 25 year warranty. We have cracking on the floor and have tried to contact all numbers listed on the internet. We have left over 5 voicemails and I have sent 4 emails and used the online contact form. That was 2 months ago and no one ever returns the call. From reading other complaints it seems to be the issue with this company. The ******** owners do not do anythijg to back up customers.

    Date of Transaction: 3/16/22 Amount of money we paid Garage Kings: $5,356.00 What Garage Kings committed to provide: - Garage floor coating with vinyl flake, clear final top coat. Signature Flat Floor (single broadcast, single top), Control joints filled, Install flake material on vertical side stem walls around perimeter of garage.- Ten year warranty against cracks, flaking and peeling. Nature of dispute: A small area of the coating on the garage floor has peeled and cracked away, resulting in the concrete underneath to become exposed. The peeled area is about the size of a half dollar and needs to be repaired under warranty. ********************* is the franchise owner with Garage Kings, who performed the work back in March of 2022. I have reached out to ********************* *************) regarding this issue and requested he contact me about the repair/warranty work on NINE separate occasions between 10/8/23 and 11/13/23. ********************* has never responded, nor answered my calls. I have also called the number on Garage King's website (1-800-GARAGES) to escalate and ask for assistance with scheduling warranty service on FOUR additional occasions between 10/9/23 and 11/13/23, and in response they have told me they will reach out to *********************. It was also suggested I reach out to *************************, Vice President of Operations at Garage Kings to escalate, which I did through email on 11/21/23 and 11/24/23, but I never heard back from ************************* either. I have tried to get Garage Kings to take action and cover their warranty service on FIFTEEN separate occasions!Garage Kings HAS NOT TRIED to resolve the problem. Again, I have never heard back from *********************, *************************, or ANYONE at Garage Kings about the 10-year warranty repair work that we were promised when we paid for the service.     It was about mid June 2022 Garage Kings installed a Polyaspartic covering over our large concrete patio and within a few weeks I requested the owner to come back and inspect cracks that were appearing in a few places as well as clean up some areas where his product was left on the wall of my garage. He had his crew come back in recover some of the cracks and he was ordering something to remove the stains. Within a few more weeks I called him back for many more cracks and other blemishes and he had us move all of our patio furniture, natural gas **** commercial smoker and everything off the patio, which takes additional manpower and about three hours. He then laid more material over the whole patio. He then said that small cracks may return and they are something that we had to live with which is certainly not what we were told when they sold me the job. He then said they would come back if any crack got larger than 1/4 inch but my 23 year warranty still protects us. Over the last several month we have areas of blistering and lifting of the covering and we have repeatedly tried contacting not only the local franchiser as well as the home office and have zero return calls from anyone. While leaving call back request from many up the line management and the head company managers and including the **** we have been totally forgotten about. I feel totally scammed and spent nearly $15,000 dollars on this project and now may face another outlay of over $17,000 to have another company remove their product and replace it again. I am lost and seek any help you can give us.
