    On January 23, 2024, the technicians from this company installed a water heater, humidifier, and furnace, and we called immediately after installation to complain about a leak (water collected in the pan of the water heater). On January 26th, the technician who came out said there was no leak but that the water was condensation. This continued to be an issue, so we called them back, and they determined that a pipe was leaking- a pipe they had connected to while installing the water heater. We want the company to reimburse us $600 to repair a pipe that they cracked when installing our water heater. When we contacted the company, they refused to repair the pipe at no cost. We had an independent plumber examine the pipe, and that plumber determined that the installers cracked the pipe while installing the water heater. The supervisor, ****, at Moore, said they would not fix the pipe unless we paid $250. Additionally, the technician who installed the heater thermostat improperly installed it the first time (crossed wires making the furnace run continuously) and left without finishing the job (the shut-off was hanging off the furnace with wires exposed wires). We want the company to pay for the damages they caused during the installation at no cost or reimburse us for having this remediated by a professional who guarantees their work.
