      There is serious concerns regarding the behavior of an attorney from Dupont Law, who has repeatedly threatened not only me, but also my neighbors and household members now and in the past. Despite his checkered past reports with the Attorney Regulatory Counsel, he continues to demonstrate a blatant disregard for the law and ethical standards. In fact, my firm has had dealings with him in the past and ultimately severed ties due to his arrogant and abusive treatment of staff and homeowners.The situation at hand involves a dispute over parking passes for homeowners. Despite numerous attempts to obtain these passes as instructed, we were met with lengthy wait times and unreturned phone calls. It's astonishing that this attorney has the audacity to suggest that we should be charged $20 per parking pass, when evidence clearly shows that we made multiple attempts to obtain them and pick them up. We have taken screen shots of these attempts as proof of our effort and he says he will not waive it- which is not in his jurisdiction,Not only do we feel threatened by this attorney's actions, but we also believe that they are illegal and inappropriate. We've filed a complaint with **** and will be filing a second complaint with the Regulatory Counsel. Furthermore, we've experienced several discriminatory behavior from the **** reported it 6 times, including having our water turned off, allowing over $400 worth of shrubs and bushes to die in our building, and neglecting the lawn while attending to everyone else's property but our. We demand that Dupont Law stay in its lane and cease its discriminatory behavior and learn law more effectively.
