    I placed an order on January 19th, 2024 and never received the item or an update on my order. The website is no longer available and the email address is undeliverable.

    January 16th, I purchased a spaice holder from Zomemin.com.As of March 3rd, I have not received it.Zomemin.com is no longer a website ********************************** returns as invalid email.

    I placed an order on January 15th, 2024. I received confirmation of my order the same day. On January 17, 2024 I received email stating my order was on the way with a tracking number. As of February 29, 2024, I have not received my order. Attempting to use the tracking number resulted in a "This site can't be reached" message. Using the link on initial order confirmation page in an attempt to go to the store page resulted again in a "This site can't be reached" message. I then sent an email to ************************************ for assistance and my email was returned back to me with the following message:"Address Not Found Your message wasn't delivered to ********************************** because the domain zomemin.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.LEARN MORE The response was:DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of zomemin.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: zomemin.com For more information, go to ************************************************"I then came here to discover that this is indeed a problem seller. I would like a refund.

    I ordered 2 drying racks on January 6th from zomemin and never received it or any type of feedback when it would be received. I want my money back and the company has not been responsive. This product is from tick tock shop of course. I just want my money back for *****. Its been almost ******************************************************** for the last 7 days
