When I called your company I was frantic. My current 02 concentrator had developed a problem, it was Saturday morning, and we are planning to take a 11-day trip, departing on August 15. I require nocturnal O2 and must have a functioning device. After frantically calling several numbers to locate a repair site, rental equipment, or a new unit that would arrive on time, I spoke with *******************************. In two conversations, ***** was able to assist me in identifying the probable issue with my current device, and order a new one, which he assured me would arrive in ********** on time.He was a good listener, patient, and also provided excellent advice. I am deeply indebted to him for his prompt professionalism and kindness.Your company has an exceptional employee!1st Class Medical LLC

Collin * did a great job finding the battery I needed for my oxlife independence, portable oxygen concentrator. it works so well for my 84-year-old mother and now with an extra battery she can fly to ****** to have the first vacation since my dad passed in 2022.1st Class Medical LLC
