      I hired ***** to get rid of voles in my front yard. I spend $270 for this service. I feel this was very expensive since the voles have not disappeared. My yard looks terrible. I cannot afford this expense and need a more cost effective result. Also, ***** did not follow up to see if the voles were gone.

      Please let me apologize for the delay in this response. Unfortunately I do not do emails and did not know this had been sent until *********** at the BBB called me directly. 
      I did a service call for ***** ******* on July 13, 2024. The service was for treatment of voles and to remove a dead animal from her window well. The charge for the voles was $185 and the removal of the dead animal was $85. I informed the client that voles were very difficult to get rid of, especially with the small open space right next to her house. If I took care of the voles in her front yard, and they were coming from the open space, they would most likely return. I told her with the initial cost that it did include a follow up to refill the tubes with bait. I came back on August 2, 2024 and the bait was gone so I refilled the tubes. I also returned on August 16, **************************************************** my 22 years of experience meant the voles were gone. I did not see any new trails in her yard, I did not charge for the third visit. I told the client I thought the problem was taken care of in her yard, however, if she continued to have problems to please contact me. I was never contacted again by the client. If I had been I would have continued to treat the problem.
      I believe the initial problem was taken care of, and new activity had come from the open space.
      Customer service is very important to me and I always want my clients to be happy. Having said this, since Ms. ******* was not satisfied with the service, I would be more than happy to refund her the $185. I charged her to take care of the voles, I did remove a dead animal from the window well for $85 which I feel should not be refunded. 
      As this is the first complaint ever sent to the Better Business Bureau, I dont know what steps to take next, but I am happy to refund Ms. ******* the $185 for the service I did on the voles.
