    Best plumbing service I've ever used. So efficient, so kind, so professional. ***** **** went above and beyond our expectations. In my opinion, there's no better option than drain line services of ******, ********.

    They do not have their act together. Our HOA sent them out due to drain back up in a kitchen sink. Day 1. 2 apprentice workmen without any supervision attempted to clear the line. They were not successful but charged over $450. Returned on Day 2 with their supervisor ***** who was a relative of the 2 apprentices. Also unsuccessful and used a Predator aggressive "******" blade as a last resort. This tool got stuck in ground dirt and was unable to be retracted. Quit at 5 PM to return the next day. Unable to cap the kitchen sink drain, water from the upstairs sinks drained onto the floor of the cabinet and kitchen. This required mitigation services. They still charged another $1640 for failed work. Day 3 this same ********* excavated the subfloor to remove the "******" blade stuck in the dirt. Again could not scope past 10 feet and quit at 5 pm. Day 4 arrived and when passing scope we could hear it in the wall and they did not know why. I stopped them and got a second opinion. The job was too much for them. Another big concern was they way the ********* bickered and cussed at each other for long portions of the job. I told ***** and his relatives that it was very unprofessional.
