    On 4/29, I contacted this company to come out and inspect for a water leak based on an increased water bill as well as standing water in my basement. The owner looked at my sump pump and water lines in the basement, checked all the toilets and looked outside at the water lines.He said the standing water was due to rain. There should never be standing water in the basement, rain or sunshine. Problem is he just looked. Didnt turn on any water. After a more detailed inspection the next day, there was a leak found with the outside water spigot due to a recent freeze. When I asked the company to please refund my service fee because he had made a mistake by NOT turning on any water and just looking, he said he doesnt make mistakes and would not refund me my money. Very poor customer service and lazy inspection by not finding the problem.
