    On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 10am I took our 2013 ************************************. We wanted to get an estimate to have the radio and power window switch repaired through our warranty company (Open Road **, part of *******************************************) per policy# VIS02984424). ****** "****" ****** looked over the ** and said he would get an estimate to me. His secretary and Mom, *******, said she would need my signature on her phone to authorize them to perform the work. The screen did not work so she scribbled on the phone. I drove the ** away and have never seen **** or ******* since. I received the estimate ($4,675.93) via email that same day. I spoke with ******* numerous times (September 4, 10, 19, Oct 8, 15, 16) to arrange a time for the repairs. I was told at various times the parts were not in, ****** kids were sick, and **** was sick. Eventually my calls appeared to have been blocked or were simply being ignored.We took our ** to ********* ** in **** for the same repairs and other things on Monday, December 30, 2024. Our Service Consultant is ****** ********. On Monday, January 20, 2025, ****** contacted me and said that the warranty company would not cover the radio or power window repair because it had already been fixed on September 4, 2024, by Overall RV. I contacted the warranty company and told them the work was never performed. They advised I could either have Overall RV reimburse the warranty company or have them perform the work. There was no answer at Overall RV. The warranty company sent me a copy of the Invoice ($3,874.05). I had never seen the Invoice and can only assume the signature is the scribble ******* made. I never signed that the work had been ************ of Thursday, January 30, 2025 the work has not been performed, which we no longer desire, and the money has not been returned to the warranty company.
