      On 4/17/2025 I received a confirmation email for the purchase of Biotiquest sugar shift pills. I paid $44.99 on my credit card on the Biotiquest web site. Biotiquest comes with a 60 day return policy.I took the Biotiquest pills as suggested on the bottle for less than a week. I began to feel *********** and lethargy. I contacted Biotiquest for information regarding refunds/returns. ****** *. replied with an email that did not include instructions for returning the Biotiquest pills. I contacted Biotiquest many times because I wanted to return the pills and they refused to give information on how to return the pills. Therefore, denying my refund.I want Biotiquest to take back their dangerous pills and refund me in the amount of $44.99.

      There were multiple responses to this customer, including a full refund.  She didn't read the responses fully and reported to you in error.  You can see in her attached email that she is profoundly apologetic for the mistake of not reading the email fully and filing a complaint.  I have asked her to follow up with you and withdraw the complaint. We always honor our refund policy which is 30 days, not 60 but we do often provide refunds beyond the 30-day guarantee.  We are very vigilant in our customer care and you can see that from the reviews on our website about our customer service.  This is is a situation with someone who was not feeling well and clearly not herself and she has apologized.

      Dear ************************, 

      I beseech you to close my complaint # ******** as it has most ardently been resolved.  

      You may flush it down the toilet or set fire to for all I care.

      The Biotiquest business is a small family run business and they need our support not our condemnation.

      I feel that it is unabashedly tyrannical that a BBB complaint cannot be removed after it is written after all we are imperfect people who make an enormous amount of mistakes.  

      Just look at the orange chunk stained Royal Tyrant parade party.  

      Again, close my complaint as resolved.
